What awaits you?

• You guide guests in German, English or other languages through breweries in Cologne’s Old Town, Südstadt or the Friesenplatz/Rudolfplatz area.
• You tell the guests your stories about Kölsch, the brewery and the city of Cologne.
• If you want, you can taste the Kölsch with the guests during the tour, but please do not overdo it 😉 (is of course not mandatory!)
• You can practice your foreign languages with guests from all over the world and become better at speaking freely, even in front of large groups.
• A great, young team, with whom you can also have a good “Feierabendkölsch”.
• Flexible working hours, mainly evenings and weekends (and therefore the perfect part-time job, also for students).
• Guaranteed working hours (by arrangement)
• Very good pay (if there’s a tip, it’s yours, of course!).
• Hiring as a mini-jobber or working student

What do we expect from you?

• You are reliable, punctual and work independently
• You have good organizational skills
• You have an open charisma and like to approach strangers
• You are willing to constantly expand your knowledge about Kölsch, Cologne etc.
• If you already have some experience as a tour guide or in the catering/event industry, this is an advantage but not mandatory.
• You speak fluently at least German or English (other languages are a big advantage)
• You are able to keep larger groups (usually no more than 20 people) under control and entertained
• You give us binding availabilities at least 4 weeks in advance
