Registration

You will receive a link from us which you can use to log in and create your password.

When you log in, you will be asked for the short name of the company, the username and your password:
– Short name: MJPtours
– Username: your first/last name

Bookings

There you can see which tours are booked, how many guests have booked, which tour guides are already registered for which tours, which tours are still open and in which language the tours are in.

You can use “Bookings” as a kind of tour calendar, as everything is organized by day, time and type of tour.

If you go to Bookings and click on your tour, you can see who has booked your tour and for how many people the guest has booked.

If you click on one of the guests, you can see the phone number and you can check in your guests by clicking on the arrow next to “Not checked in” and selecting “Checked in”.

If your guests have not shown up 15 minutes after the regular tour start time and you have not been able to reach them by phone, select “No-show”.

Manifest

Under Manifest you can see all booked tours at a glance.

You can also see directly who and how many people have booked your tour and you can see the telephone number.
